Graduate Thesis Show is a tradition at the Rhode Island Scool of Design.
Every year all the graduate students are asked to bring together a show of their final thesis work. Interior Architecture takes a group of students every year and asked them create a display method that would represent the department.
For the display we worked though a number of proposal but the main idea always stayed to create a show that open has an open floor plan. The idea was to work from the walls towards the center, to create as much open space as possible.
A modular system was created out of 2' by 2' cardboard square that could be angled or connected together endesly. This gave us a lot of options when it came to displaying the student work.
